Our Story
We are a team that specializes in respiratory critical care. With almost 40 years of combined clinical experience, we have extensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to provide evidence-based, patient-centric, respiratory critical care. Our consultants have held elected positions within international organizations and have lectured extensively throughout the world on important topics pertaining to our specialty. We can help! Mission

​Keith D. Lamb, RRT, RRT-ACCS, FAARC, FCCM
Executive Director
​
Keith is a Respiratory Therapist with 25 years of experience. He has held positions as a staff respiratory therapist, clinical team leader, clinical specialist, research coordinator, ECMO Coordinator, and ECMO Director. Keith has provided more than 100 invited lectures, locally, nationally, and internationally on topics related to respiratory critical care. Keith has authored/co-authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles, and book chapters. He has served as Principal Investigator on numerous research initiatives and has held elected positions within the American Association for Respiratory Care and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Keith serves on multiple advisory boards and is a faculty member for several educational organizations. Keith is a passionate advocate for patients and those who dedicate their lives to taking care of them.

Madison L. Fratzke, BSc, RRT, RRT-ACCS
Director of Operations
​
Madison has been a respiratory therapist for 14 years in adult critical care and has been an active member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Through SCCM she has held positions on the ICU Liberation Committee and Congress Program Committee and was Chair of the Respiratory Care Section. Madison recently was appointed to the Adult Critical Care Specialty exam committee for the National Board for Respiratory Care. Having authored several articles in publications such as AARC News and SCCM Critical Connections, she has a growing interest in research. Her passion lies at the bedside caring for critically ill patients and strategizing with the multidisciplinary care team on optimizing care guided by evidence-based medicine.
